Welcome to Luxury Car Service Riyadh. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Services

Luxury Car Service Riyadh provides luxury car rental, chauffeur-driven services, airport transfers, and pick & drop services within Riyadh and surrounding areas, subject to availability.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized communication channels.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and confirmation is issued.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3. Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment or an advance payment may be required before service commencement.

  • Any additional charges (extra hours, route changes, waiting time) must be paid by the customer.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate booking and contact information

  • Be present at the agreed pickup location and time

  • Use the vehicle responsibly

  • Follow Saudi laws and regulations during the service

Any damage, excessive cleaning, or violation of rules may result in additional charges.

6. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the pickup location within the agreed time without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.

7. Vehicle Usage Rules

  • Smoking, illegal substances, and dangerous behavior inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

  • The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s legal capacity.

  • The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities.

Luxury Car Service Riyadh reserves the right to terminate the service immediately if these rules are violated.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or government restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Luxury Car Service Riyadh shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle

  • Delays caused by external factors

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from service use

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or upgrade vehicles if required due to availability or operational reasons, without affecting service quality.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if:

  • The customer violates these Terms & Conditions

  • The customer behaves in a threatening, abusive, or unlawful manner

  • Payment obligations are not met

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13. Updates to Terms

Luxury Car Service Riyadh may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
